Quickstart
Working in partnership with Dunstable College to provide a delivery
catalyst for employment of 5235 job ready young people in the NEET Group.
Working through the college in-house recruitment company (and others),
partners will place identified young people into employment (with training
where required).
Participants will have 1/1 interviews with the advice
and guidance teams. This will identify any shortfall in knowledge/qualifications
and these will be addressed by the partners prior to the young people
accessing employment. 50% will progress into employment, with a further
10% continuing into other training or education.
