The Administration NVQ is aimed at individuals who
carry out a wide range of administrative tasks.
For qualified Business & Administration
Apprentices (Level 2)
Administrators at this level undertake a range of routine tasks in different
work contexts. They have some autonomy but are usually
supervised. Job titles could include:
• Administration Assistant
• Clerical Assistant
• Data Entry Clerk
• Filing/Records Clerk
• Junior Secretary
• Office Clerk
For qualified Business & Administration
Advanced Apprentices (Level 3)
Administrators at this level undertake a wide range of complex tasks in a variety
of work contexts. They have a high degree of autonomy
and responsibility and may provide some supervisory
support. Job titles could include:
